As of Wednesday, Avatar has taken $1.14 billion at the global B.O..

Titanic took 1.8 at the turnstiles.

The crazy thing about Avatar’s haul is that this weekend will be only its fourth weekend. I totally expect it to at least make Titanic sweat as the weeks roll on.
