I didn’t like Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, hated it actually and save for a friend of mine who didn’t like the first three movies, I am yet to find someone who did like the Crystal Skulls.

Personally, I was hoping that Indy’s adventuring days were behind him as honestly, I never want him to wear the fedora again.

But!

Harrison Ford wants to make another Indy movie; apparently he had so much fun with the last movie he wants to do another one.

Worryingly, Ford claims that George Lucas has begun working on an idea for Indy’s fifth outing and it’s, get this, according to Ford anyway; “crazy but great”…

Um, an idea by George Lucas that’s crazy but great?

Crazy maybe but I reserve judgement on the great part.

Anyway, Ford went on to explain…

“Some of the best ideas are crazy ideas, you know? Well-wrought, well-manipulated.”

Not where present-day Mr. Lucas is concerned Mr. Ford…

“I think it would be interesting to advance the understanding of the character, as we always have had that ambition throughout the series. I think it would be interesting to deepen the relationship between he and his son [Mutt, played by Shia LaBeouf] and play on that relationship. … It’s full of opportunity. The series is full of opportunity.”

Doesn’t he read reviews?

Man, to hear the way Ford talks about Crystal Skull makes me wonder if he knows it was a mess, you’d think that from the way he talks about it, Crystal Skull was a masterpiece and Indy fans all over are salivating at the thought of another Indy movie.
