A-Team Comics Announced

IDW Publishing are launching two A-Team comic series to run up to movie’s release in the summer.

The A-Team: War Stories will be a series of one-shots which will focus on a different member of the A-Team.  Also announced is The A-Team: Shotgun Wedding, though I don’t know much about the plot for that series.

All the one-shots will take place during the time of George Bush’s presidency (so will the movie). Writer Chuck Dixon had this to say about the A-Team reboot…

“The key to any remake or relaunch is to find what made it work and go with that. Too much updating or streamlining and you wind up with that awful Lost In Space.  This new effort on the A-Team keeps everything that was cool about A-Team and just hypes it up a tad.”

Huh, and to think, I actually liked Lost in Space…
