In the latest edition of Game Informer, there is a massive feature on the upcoming Halo Reach, conveniently we have cherry-picked the best bits…

• Halo Reach is a prequel to Halo 1. You play as Noble 6, the newest member of the Noble Team. (The Noble Team are a six person squad made up of mostly Spartan III’s and are totally expendable).
• The Covenant will be scarier this time. Expect deeper voices spoken in their native tongue. (About time they moved away from that comical tone)
• Battles will now involve up to 40 AI characters, double what was possible in Halo 3.
• Like the first game, there will be no regenerating Health.
• There is a new enemy called Skirmishers who look like dinosaurs and walk upright.
• All the Halo 3 multiplayer modes will return as well as a few new game modes.
