No Half Life 2: Episode 3 This Year?

If you were expecting Valve to get straight to work on Half Life: Episode 3 after finishing Left 4 Dead 2 then you may be disappointed.
According to the latest issue of Game Informer, there won’t be a new Half Life episiode this year.
Okay, I know that that doesn’t necessarily means that Valve aren’t working on it but seriously, how long do we have to wait?
Is Left 4 Dead 2 responsible for the delay coz if I’d had the choice last year between another Left 4 Dead or another Half Life then I wouldn’t have been killing Zombie Jockeys over the holidays.
Come on Valve, prove Game Informer wrong and announce something soon.

I agree, also I dont like hearing they may skip straigth to HL3 I dont think Id play it untill I’d finished Ep3… it wouldnt be right. And yes HL2 is a game where you can say that.
