New Mortal Kombat Movie On The Way
According to Bloody Disgusting, Warner Bros are looking to remake Mortal Kombat. The original Mortal Kombat movie, while a pretty poor movie, was considered something of a success at the time, mainly because it wasn’t shit and up until that point (and some might say even today) video game movie adaptations were generally pretty crappy. I don’t hold much hope that the remake will be any better as you just know that Warner Bros. will be looking to deliver at most a PG-13 movie, there’s simply no way they will give us the R-18 movie that we want. We’ll keep you updated on this one… Tweet This Post
2010 Will Be The Biggest Year Ever For Xbox 360
“2010 is shaping up to be the biggest year ever for Xbox 360,” The above quote did not come from my mouth, nope; it came from the pie hole of one Phil Spencer; Microsoft Game Studios’ corporate VP. And that’s not all he said folks, here’s some more… “Across the portfolio, we have an unparalleled line-up of blockbuster games and exclusive experiences, the likes of which have never been seen before.” He’s got every right to be excited about 2010, exclusive releases include Halo: Reach, Fable 3, Alan Wake, Crackdown 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Mass Effect 2 and of course Project Natal. I really believe that 2010 will be the year of the Xbox 360,…
New Pic For Iron Man 2

Ah, who am I kidding, it’s ages… Anyway, Paramount Pictures has released a new photo of Tony Stark in a racing car. As pics go, it’s pretty bland, from what I can see; there’s no clues or well, anything to get excited about but I’m so desperate for anything new from the movie that I still studied the damn thing for 15 minutes before finally conceding that it’s just a normal screen-grab-type-thingy… Iron Man 2 is directed by Jon Favreau and stars Robert Downey Jr ., Gwyneth…
Martin Campbell Gives Green Lantern Update
Director Martin Campbell recently talked to ComingSoon.net about his upcoming Green Lantern movie. Here’s an excerpt… You may or may not know but there are five human Green Lanterns over the period of some 60 years, since 1940, which is when they first wrote it, and ours is Hal Jordan, who happens to be the most popular Green Lantern. He’s the fighter pilot from Ferris Aviation so that origin story is fairly clearly in the comics, and it’s fairly well known so we’re sticking in principle fairly closely to that. He was then asked if the Green Lantern movie would tie into a future Justice League movie in much the same way that Iron Man…
