Via the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Twitter pages comes some interesting new details about the much anticipated reboot of the famous series.

The new Castlevania game; a third person adventure for the Xbox 360 and PS3 is due to be released sometime this year.

Okay, now for those exciting new details I promised. Right; up first –

The game will have plenty of action-platforming with the player being able to swing around the environment with a handy combat cross which doubles up as a grapple.

Plus, the game will last an impressive 15 hours for the average player to run through and…
