Columbia Pictures are making Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol into a movie.

The Lost Symbol will be the third Robert Langdon movie after The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons.

At this moment in time neither Tom Hanks nor Ron Howard have signed on to the project but as far as Hanks is concerned, you’ve got to assume that it’s only a matter of time.

The Lost Symbol, which is the fastest selling adult novel in American history sees Hanks’ Robert Langdon race to thwart an attempt to discredit Freemasonry and was, in my opinion, an extremely enjoyable romp.
