Batman mainly because of the advance in technology and the need to make it darker. For Hulk the first movie was alright, but not the best. THe reboot was done mostly for the whole Avengers Initiative coming in 2012. As for Spiderman, even though I never liked Tobey as Spiderman I feel like a reboot is not necessary...if anything they should just re-do the 3rd movie. I don’t think the reboots are pointless.
