Ubisoft Paris has revealed that they are working on a brand new Ghost Recon game titled Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.

Hopefully they’ll be taking the franchise into space. That would be pretty cool as well as helping them distance the title from the slew of modern combat scenarios most military shooters seem to favour these days…

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will feature both single-player and multi-player components while the publisher has promised early access to the multiplayer beta for those who buy Splinter Cell: Conviction on the 360 in April.

It is expected that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will hit stores in time for Christmas.
