Some websites are reporting that Sam Worthington (Avatar, Terminator: Salvation) has signed up to play the iconic 1950’s British sci-fi comic book character Dan Dare.

The movie, which is titled; Dan Dare: Pilot of the Future is being developed by Warner Bros and is at such an early stage that neither a writer nor director has jumped onboard.
