New Animated Star Wars Series On The Way Called Squishies?
It seems George Lucas is determined to ruin what’s left of our fond memories for the Star Wars franchise.
IESB has reported that Lucas and co are entering pre-production on a brand new animated series based in the Star Wars universe called, what for it; Squishies.
Yep, Squishies…
The series is aimed at the pre-school to kindergarten age and is based off the Star Wars: Galactic Heroes toy range.
Okay, I get that Lucas is going after the kids with this one but c’mon; Squishies?
Come on George, give us thirty-something’s something for a change, throw us a bone why don’t you, after all, it was us back in ’77 and the early eighties that made your movies what they are now so for once, instead of focusing on the kids give us adults who grew up on Star Wars something to justify all the time and love we gave you.
I’m beginning to think you don’t care about us anymore…
