According to Deadline, Alice In Wonderland director Tim Burton will direct a 3D stop-motion take on The Addams Family cartoons.

Burton is said to be taking his inspiration from the original New Yorker drawings and not from the iconic 60’s TV shows or those movies they did back in the 90’s.
