Finally, after months and months of speculation, Dimension Films has greenlighted Scream 4 to begin shooting this spring ahead of an April 12th, 2011 release.

Wes Craven is back in the director’s chair while Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox-Arquette will all return.

Dimension Films’ Bob Weinstein had this to say…
