Disney’s upcoming Sleeping Beauty re-imagining; Maleficent has certainly generated its fair share of news headlines these past few weeks.

First there was talk that Tim Burton would direct or produce, next up was the news that Beauty and the Beast/Lion King writer Linda Woolverton would take of the screenplay and now there’s a rumour floating about that Angelina Jolie might play Maleficent.

Personally I think Jolie as Maleficent would be an inspired bit of casting.
