Final Fantasy VII Remake On The Way?
Yoichi Wada, the president of Square Enix has admitted that the studio is exploring the possibility of remaking the classic Final Fantasy VII. Talking to Siliconera, Wada said… “Right now we don’t have a clear direction, but many fans have requested we remake Final Fantasy VII. We’re going to explore the possibility – whether or not we’re going to do it, if we’re going to do it, and the platform.” What do you think, should Square press ahead and remake Final Fantasy VII or should they leave the game alone? Scream 4 Given April 2011 Release Date
Finally, after months and months of speculation, Dimension Films has greenlighted Scream 4 to begin shooting this spring ahead of an April 12th, 2011 release. Wes Craven is back in the director’s chair while Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox-Arquette will all return. New Popeye Movie To Come At You In 3D!
Spider-Man producer Avi Arad is making an all-CGI Popeye movie. According to Variety, Mike Jones is in negotiations to take a shot at the script while Scott Sassa; formerly of Marvel will also produce. According to Arad it was Sassa who first presented him the idea of making the first Popeye movie since the 1980 Robin Williams version. “Scott called me and said, ‘I have something for you. I literally started singing the famous Popeye song. What always blew me away is the level of the animation.
