Barry Sonnenfield, who directed both Men In Black movies has confirmed that both Tommy Lee Jones and Wil Smith have signed on for Men In Black 3.

Sonnenfield also went on to reveal that MIB3 will be filmed in 3D and be released during the Memorial Day weekend next year.
