Activision has confirmed that the next Tony Hawk video game won’t be called Tony Hawk: Ride 2 as many people expected it would but Tony Hawk: Shred.

Perhaps Activision are trying to distance themselves from the mess that Tony Hawk: Ride was but still, it is kind of strange that they’re going with a new subtitle…

Anyway, Activision promised more details at this year’s E3 so I suppose we’ll have to wait until then before we find out if Tony Hawk: Shred uses that clunky skateboard peripheral.
