Columbia Promise To Make Men In Black 3 Look Good In 3D
Columbia has revealed that Men In Black 3 will hit cinemas on May 25th, 2012 in 3D.
Via an official press-release, Columbia Pictures announced that Will Smith has signed up to reprise his role as Agent Jay while Barry Sonnenfeld; the director of the first two Men in Black movies will once again oversee the production.
Tommy Lee Jones has yet to sign on to return as Agent Kay though it is expected that his return to the franchise is a formality as he’s currently hammering out a deal with the studio.
Tropic Thunder writer Etan Cohen has bagged himself scripting duties while Steven Spielberg will executive produce.
According to the rumour-mill, Josh Brolin is in negotiations to play a younger version of Tommy Lee Jones’ Agent Kay while Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen and Flight of the Conchords star Jemaine Clement are also thought to be linked to the project.
The first two Men in Black movies took over a billion dollars at the worldwide box office.

I have never seen Part 2. Was it any good?
Not really. It was a bit of a mess. I think that’s why they’ve taken so long to greenlight the third movie, I reckon they’ve been waiting for the stink to die down somewhat coz no one was asking for a third Men in Black after number 2.
