I Want To Eat Your Hand – Beatles Zombie Movie On The Way?

A movie adaptation of the upcoming Paul is Dead: The British Zombie Invasion novel by author Alan Goldsher could soon go into production after Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher (they produced both Pulp Fiction and Erin Brockovich) optioned the rights to produce a movie based on the exciting Zombie take on the Fab Four.

The novel, which is released in June (the 22nd to be exact) sees John Lennon kill and then re-animate Ringo Starr, George Harrison and Paul McCartney as blood-hungry zombies who are then hunted by rock legend rival Mick Jagger and Yoko Ono; who is now a Ninja.

It seems that these types of movies are all the rage these days with Tim Burton producing Abraham Lincoln: The Vampire Hunter, while Natalie Portman has the rights to develop Pride and Prejudice and Zombies ,so it makes perfect sense for a Zombie Beatles movie to find its way onto our cinema screens.

Why care about something that’s already awesome if it can’t be killed and reanimated? But buck up, little cowboys, all is not lost. If you jump on this bandwagon now, you might actually make money off your bastard classic. Stay tuned for “Roorback And The Reanimated.”
