James Cameron Reveals That The Release Date For Avatar 2 Will Be Announced In A Couple Of Months
Avatar director James Cameron has revealed that he believes it will take about three years to make an Avatar sequel, which works out to be around 18 months less than it took to make the first movie.
He said that we can expect an announcement regarding the release date for Avatar 2 in a couple of months.
It has been previously announced that Avatar 2 would predominantly focus on the oceans of Pandora with Cameron himself recently revealing…
“I’m going to be focusing on the ocean on Pandora, which will be equally rich and diverse and crazy and imaginative, but it just won’t be a rain forest. I’m not saying we won’t see what we’ve already seen; we’ll see more of that as well,”
The original Avatar is now available to buy on DVD and Blu-Ray. Avatar is currently the number one DVD in the US charts having shifted an amazing 6.7 million copies in its first four hours of being on retail.
