Kung Fu Panda Sequel: The Kaboom Of Doom Just Got Weird – Charlie Kaufman Working On Script
Charlie Kaufman, the writer of Being John Malkovich, Adaptation and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind has, according to Heat Vision, been working on the script for DreamWorks Kung Fu Panda sequel; Kung Fu Panda: The Kaboom Of Doom.
But don’t worry folks, things won’t get too surreal on The Kaboom of Doom, Kaufman has reportedly only been hired to polish the script which was written by Jonathan Aibel (he wrote the first Kung Fu Panda) and Glenn Berger (as well as the first Kung Fu Panda he wrote Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squekquel).
Jack Black will return for the sequel as will Seth Rogen, Angelina Jolie, Lucy Liu, Dustin Hoffman, David Cross and James Hong.
Kung Fu Panda: The Kaboom of Doom is scheduled for release on July 29th in the UK and yes, before you ask, it will be in 3D. First time movie director Jennifer Yuh directs.
