Michael Pachter Says That The Playstation Move And Project Natal Are Upgrades
Michael Pachter seems to be in the news on a daily basis lately. Well, if that is the case then today is no exception as the Wedbush Morgan analyst has turned his attention to Sony’s Playstation Move and Microsoft’s Project Natal, which he has described as ‘upgrades’.
Speaking on his Gametrailers show Pach Attack, Pachter said…
“We are going to see an upgrade with Natal and Move, so the console manufacturers are open to it but I don’t think they are ready to allow you to upgrade a graphics card. I think that if companies were to allow users to upgrade consoles in the future, any upgrades would have to be external. I say that not because it is technologically impossible but it is just that the boxes right now are made to be tamper proof.”
Both the Playstation Move and Project Natal are expected to be heavily promoted at next month’s E3
