Mark Hamill, who provided the voice for the Joker in Rocksteady Studio’s Batman: Arkham Asylum has hinted that the Joker could be killed off in the upcoming Batman: Arkham Asylum 2.

Talking to IGN.com, Hamill, whose portrayal of the Joker is considered the definitive animated version, revealed that the Joker’s appearance in the sequel will be his last in the series.

Here’s what he said…

“This will be my last, there’s no question about that. But it’s the last hurrah,”

The first Arkham Asylum is one of the best video games I have ever played and my anticipation levels for the sequel are unbelievably high. Next time around it has been suggested that Robin, Two-Face and Mr Freeze could feature but this new suggestion that The Joker could be killed off is absolutely mind-blowing.
