Caroline Manzo – Real Housewife on How She Lost Weight

Perhaps the biggest known secret in maintaining a healthy weight is watching quantities. Seems like “Real Housewife” is privy, “…I eat what I want. I just eat the bad things earlier on in the day,” she said in an interview. “If I want pasta, I have it for lunch instead of for dinner. That’s all. If I want a piece of cheesecake, I have half instead of a whole.”

Manzo recently dropped 20 pounds. She attributes her success not only to portion control but exercise as well, “I try to do it every day. And as the day progresses, I eat lighter and lighter,” she said. “And I stopped drinking soda and juice…just one coffee a day and buckets and buckets and buckets of water.”

The Real Housewife began her new regime last March. She said the weight shed slowly. “I think that’s healthy,” she said. “That’s the way to do it, so it’s not like yo-yo dieting.”
