Speculation about where Josh Howard is going to end up playing next season, just came to an end. He signed a contract on Friday with the Washington Wizards, that could potentially pay him $4 million, dependent on whether or not he will meet certain incentives. Howard was traded from the Dallas Mavericks in mid February, however, only played a total of four games before he was injured on his left knee.
