Simon Pegg To Return For Mission Impossible 4
Shaun of the Dead star Simon Pegg is apparently in talks to return for the upcoming Mission Impossible 4. Pegg; who played geeky lab guy Benji Dunn is expected to agree terms and an announcement to that effect should be made within the next couple of days.
At this moment in time, the plot for MI:4 is shrouded in secrecy.
But, what do we know?
Well, Lost creator JJ Abrams will produce though he won’t be directing, directing duties are expected to go to Brad Bird (The Incredibles).
Tom Cruise has yet to sign on to reprise the role of Ethan Hunt as it is assumed that Paramount are waiting to see how his latest movie Knight & Day does in its international theatrical run.
The script was written by Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec (they wrote the severely underrated Life on Mars)
The studio is looking at a December 2011 release..
