4GB Xbox 360 S To Come With In-Built Wi Fi
Microsoft has announced that a new Xbox 360 ‘Arcade’ system will launch on August 20th.
Officially called the Xbox 360 4GB, the console will come with 4GB of on-board memory and also have in-built Wi-Fi. It will retail at £149.99 which is £10 cheaper than what the current Xbox 360 ‘arcade’ costs.
With the 4GB of memory being on-board, consumers will be able to add their own hard drives to the new Arcade unit.
Microsoft also announced that a Kinect bundled with the Arcade will cost £249.99 and come with the Kinect hardware plus a copy of Kinect Adventures.
No release date for the bundle has been announced.
As a proud 120GB Elite owner who is afraid that the dreaded three red lights are just around the corner, the new Arcade model looks extremely attractive right now.
