Marvel has released a teaser trailer for their upcoming Thor video game.

Based on Kenneth Branagh’s upcoming superhero movie; Thor will be published by SEGA but before you get too excited, SEGA also brought us the two awful Iron Man video games.

The teaser trailer is what you would expect from a teaser. There is a deep and mysterious voice-over and little else though towards the end we see Thor standing on a cliff overlooking the world below in what looks to have been taken from the game.

Thor – The Video Game will be released next summer to coincide with the release of the movie and will hit the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PSP, Wii, Nintendo DS and basically every other platform you can think of.

I’m not going to get too excited about this game. If I’ve learnt anything at all I know not to get too amped up about SEGA published Marvel movie tie-ins.
