According to Superbad and Pineapple Express writer Evan Goldberg there is no chance of ever getting a sequel to the smash hit comedy Superbad.

According to Goldberg…

“We kind of made the classic mistake of people who had a successful film: we then booked everything we could because we thought it’d be our only chance. It still could be our only chance, but man are we booked.”

I suppose it’s a good thing that we’re not getting a sequel as the first movie was an instant comedy classic and a sequel would be hard-pressed to match its originality and spirit.

What do you guys think, do you want to see more of McLovin and co.?

I don’t think I do.
