The new trailer for Anchor Bay Films’ I Spit On Your Grave remake has hit the net and while it doesn’t show anything overly graphic, it did have me squirming in my chair.

For those of you who don’t know, the original I Spit On Your Grave is a cult classic revenge movie which was released back in 1978. It was banned at the time due to its overly long and graphic rape scenes and the subsequently brutal methods of revenge employed by the rape victim as she gruesomely reaped havoc on her attackers.

The remake, which is going by the name of I Spit On Your Grave – Uncut, (the uncut part in particular being quite funny I think..) is sure to court controversy even in this day and age despite movies like The Human Centipede and both Hostel movies being available.

I Spit On Your Grave – Uncut is directed by Steven R. Monroe and stars Sarah Butler, Rodney Eastman, Jeff Branson, Daniel Franzese, Chad Lindberg and Andrew Howard.
