Kanye West Ashamed of his Behavior
With the release of his new album set for September 14, Kanye West is finally apologizing for his abominable behavior during last year’s VMAs. West alienated millions of fans when he jumped on stage during Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech, mike in hand, and belittled Swift saying that Beyonce should have won the award.
West is now sorry for his behavior. During an appearance on Singapore television this week, he apologized (although not directly to Swift) about the incident. According to reports, he feels badly about hurting Taylor and looks at the incident as a sign that since his mother died his life has been going in the wrong direction.
Recently, West has been making the rounds to promote his album and offer apologies. He rapped songs from his new album at the corporate headquarters of Facebook on July 28 and also appeared at Rolling Stone magazine and Twitter offices.
West has yet to name his fifth solo album. The lead single is entitled “Power.”
