According to reports, the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” star has filed for divorce from her husband and manager, Paul Young. Divorce papers were filed on July 20 in Los Angeles.

Hines, 44 and Young tied the knot over 7 years ago. They have a 6-year-old daughter, Catherine Rose. According to the actress’s rep, “They will remain extremely close friends and will raise their daughter together.” They have filed for joint custody of their child.

Hines has been seen on the set of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” on which she plays the now ex-wife of Larry David, whose own marriage ended recently as well. The show is expected back on HBO for a new season in 2011.

Young is a producer and manager who founded Principato-Young, a management firm. There is no word as to whether or not he will retain his management relationship with Hines.

Hines made her directorial debut with the film “Serious Moonlight” in 2009 at the Tribeca Film Festival.
