According to reports, Katy Perry recently crashed a prom in Melbourne, Australia. While she may have made the event a highlight for the teens in attendance, the teachers were not impressed.

One of the teacher’s at the prom told reporters: “First I’m thinking, ‘who is this silly girl?’… Who is this idiot?’”

But the teens were shocked and excited. One of the boys said, “I’m just standing there, like, jaw dropped, staring at her. I was like, ‘I’m just gonna keep dancing.’”
Another student who was shocked by the appearance told reporters, “She said she’d never been to a prom before so she said she came down. And, ’cause she’s Katy Perry she got in, just like that.”

Perry’s appearance was a memorable 15-minutes long. While she was there she sang Beyonce’s, “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It).” Witnesses said that two of the male teens present stepped in while she was singing and acted as her dancers.
