Lindsay Lohan wants her career back
In the October issue of Vanity Fair magazine, Lindsay Lohan, 24, talks about how she wants to straighten her life out and get her career back on track.
In the interview, which took place in July prior to her stint in both jail and rehab, Lohan admitted that she has made mistakes. She also realizes that she was hanging with the wrong crowd.
“So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons,” said the starlet. “A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party.”
But she is ready to get her career back on track. “I don’t care what anyone says. I know that I’m a damn good actress.” She is ready to piece her crumbling image back together.
“I want my career back,” said Lohan. “I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It’s not fun anyway.”
The October issue of Vanity Fair hits newsstands nationwide on September 7.
