Another Analyst Claims LA Noire Is Delayed Until Next Year
Have you noticed that every week some video game analyst company pops out from whatever rock they have been hiding under and makes a bland prediction that surprises no one yet gets covered by almost every website and blog? This time, some dude named Evan Wilson, an analyst from Pacific Crest Securities (Sounds more like a military contractor than a Investment Bank) has claimed, to the surprise of absolutely no one that Rockstar’s upcoming LA Noire will not be released until 2011. Unlike most analysts though, (Michael Pachter I am looking at you) Wilson seems to have actually spoken with people and not just shouted out the first thing that popped in his head. In…
Illegal Copies Of Halo Reach Turn Up Online
As is the case with every big video game release these days, some dodgy video game retailers, which are based in the US, are rumoured to be selling copies of a hit video game before its official release date. The game in question this time happens to be Microsoft’s upcoming Halo: Reach. At this moment in time it’s pretty easy to get hold of a digital copy of Halo: Reach by just popping on over to the most popular torrent sites (I’m not going to drop any names, you either know of a torrent site or you don’t) and downloading the necessary files. It is thought that Halo: Reach was either leaked through an early…
Mark Ruffalo Accepted Hulk Role After Watching Iron Man
In an interview with The Sunday Herald Sun, Mark Ruffalo, who was recently cast as the Incredible Hulk revealed that if he was offered the role of the not-so-jolly-green-giant a couple of years ago he probably would have turned it down… “I probably wouldn’t have done this movie in the past. But because of what Robert [Downey Jr] had done and where that genre has gone since then, I did it.” Ruffalo went on to reveal that he is a bit apprehensive about acting in front of a green screen when it comes time to go into production on Joss Whedon’s The Avengers and was keen to point out that taking on the role of…

Three Names Three Possible Directors For Fantastic Four Reboot
The superhero movie rumour-mill has started churning out the names of directors to helm Fox’s planned Fantastic Four reboot and the first three names it throws out belong to The A-Team’s Joe Carnahan, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ David Yates and V for Vendetta’s James McTeigue. Three names three very different directors. So, if Yates, Carnahan and McTeigue are actually on the shortlist who can we expect, out of these three, to actually land the gig? Well, my money would be on James McTeigue. His entire directorial resume consists of V for Vendetta (which by all accounts was really a Wachowski brothers movie), The Invasion which starred Nicole Kidman and Ninja Assassin. He is…
