Comedian and Last Comic Standing Judge Greg Giraldo Dies From Accidental Overdose

Sad news hit the comedy scene yesterday as it was announced that comedian Greg Giraldo died at the young age of 44.  He was hospitalized 5 days prior to his death after he was found unconscious in a New Brunswick hotel room.  Comedians all over are paying their respects and some are dealing with this loss via Twitter.   Sarah Silverman tweeted “RIP Greg Giraldo. Eastenders star Barbara Windsor has revealed that she will never return to Albert Square despite asking Eastenders bosses not to kill off her character Peggy Mitchell. In an interview with Piers Morgan for his Life Stories series, the former Carry On star admitted that it was selfish of her to ask the writers not to kill her off.
