Activision Not Concerned About Medal Of Honor Reboot

You would be forgiven for thinking that Activision would be keeping a worried eye on EA’s upcoming Medal of Honor reboot when it is launched as it will be an instant rival to their mega successful Call of Duty franchise but according to Michael Sportouch, the European Boss of Call of Duty, Activision will not be worried when Medal of Honor finally hits the shelves of video game stores.

Talking to MCV, Sportouch revealed…

“We respect the competition and we don’t see the competition only coming from Medal of Honor. There will be other very strong titles in the market – Gran Turismo, Assassin’s Creed – all competing for consumers’ money. But we feel that Black Ops is a fantastic game. So to your question, we have no concern, we are ambitious and confident, but obviously we are looking at the competition and the market globally and not only Medal of Honor.”

Personally I think Activision should be very worried about Medal of Honor as it is a direct competitor to Call of Duty franchise.
