According to a friend of former Friends star Jennifer Aniston, the actress could be on the verge of ruining her career by appearing topless and getting down and dirty for a lesbian sex scene in her next movie, the Judd Apatow produced comedy Wanderlust.

In Wanderlust, Anniston will play a pot smoking member of a hippy community who frequently romps with her fellow commune members including one scene in particular where she has a lesbian three-way with two women, one of which is pregnant.

According to Anniston’s friend, the 41 year old actress is taking a big risk with her career…

“It’s a huge risk. Jen thought long and hard about doing this stuff, but seeing her last few movies tank really convinced her she should take a gamble. Lord knows Jennifer still has the body to pull off showing skin in a film, but there’s a big chance it could backfire on her. She’s known for doing sweet comedies. Her character rips off her top to protest the building of a discount department store, hops into bed with the male population of the commune, smokes pot, and, in the raciest scene, has three-way sex with two other women – and one of them is pregnant! It’s not the stuff you’d expect from sweet, loveable Jen. But you’ve got to admire her for having the nerve to really step out of her comfort zone.”

Wanderlust is directed by Role Models director David Wain and is expected to be released sometime next year. Paul Judd also stars.
