Michael Douglas Claims Wife Makes All His Fantasies Come True
Hollywood legend and star of Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps; Michael Douglas has admitted that he was “bowled over” when he met wife Catherine Zeta Jones for the first time. Douglas, who is fighting an on-going battle with throat cancer revealed that as soon as he found out that Zeta-Jones loved golf he realised that she was the woman of his dreams…
“I just got struck down. I was just bowled over by Catherine. When I discovered she loved golf, I realised all my fantasies had come true.”
Douglas then talked about the age gap that exists between them; a whopping 25 years. Instead of it having a negative effect on their relationship, Douglas believes the age difference has been an advantage…
“I think sometimes in relationships ladies like having a man who takes care of them, nurtures them. If you can’t find it in a man your own age, you find it in somebody who is older. But it’s been irrelevant to us, but people raise it and it’s a valid question. I mean, I’m going to be 75 when my son is 18 years old and my daughter is 16. But my dad is 93 and my mother 87. I tell my kids they are going to live to over 100.”
