Superbad star Seth Rogen has, according to Life & Style; proposed to his long-time girlfriend Lauren Miller. The 28 year old actor who was last seen starring alongside Adam Sandler in last year’s Funny People proposed to Miller, who he has been dating since 2004 after returning from a family visit.

According to a friend close to the couple…

“She’d started giving up hope that he would ever pop the question. Her family adores him – everyone is thrilled to plan a wedding.”

Lauren Miller, for those of you who need to know this stuff is an actress/writer though I can’t seem to find a hell of a lot of info on her. Rogen meanwhile has loads of projects in development from the upcoming Green Hornet reboot to the DreamWorks sequel Kung Fu Panda 2.

Last year, Rogen joked that he felt a lot of pressure to propose after Indiana Jones; Harrison Ford got engaged to Calista Flockhart.
