An announcement was made last Monday stating that both Lady Gaga and Katy Perry were nominated for five 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards. The 17th annual ceremony will be held in Caja Magica in Madrid, Spain and be broadcast live on November 7 on MTV stations. The two stars are set to perform on the show. The Best Pop, Best Female act and Best Song category nominations are led by Rihanna, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga. Latest Mortgage Modifications more successful

According to a report, homeowners who have recently been granted a mortgage loan modification are more likely to keep up with their payments. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Office of Thrift Supervision revealed that a second-quarter study shows 30 percent of 2009 modifications were seriously delinquent – a much lower number than the 45 percent delinquency rate in 2008. It seems that 2010 modifications are working even better. One in 10 homeowners were at least three months behind in payments. According to UsMagazine.com, star of “Jackass,” Johnny Knoxville, tied the knot on Friday with Naomi Nelson, his longtime girlfriend. The don’t-try-this-at-home stunt performer purchased an Edwardian  2.5 carat engagement ring in Los Angeles at the Platt Boutique Jewelry.
