Vermont maple syrup producers are up in arms about Pinnacle Foods’ new product, “Log Cabin: All Natural Syrup.” They say Log Cabin imitation maple syrup is far from natural. The problem is, the new packaging being used to market it closely resembles that of the natural true maple syrup producers. Pinnacle Foods is now using the same beige plastic jugs that Vermont maple syrup producers have used for years causing concern among officials in Vermont. Hollyoaks actress Carley Stenson has revealed that she has been trying to “hold back the tears” over her upcoming exit from the TV soap.
