In perhaps the best bit of news I have heard in weeks, Hollywood actor Josh Brolin has confirmed that work is underway on a script for The Goonies 2. Yep, Goonies 2 baby! However Brolin; who played the big bother Brandon Walsh in the 1985 classic, was quick to add that there are no official plans to get into production on the movie at this moment in time. Superman Reboot Update

According to Moviehole, Star Wars star Natalie Portman could play Lois Lane if Requiem For A Dream director Darren Aronofsky gets the nod to direct the Superman reboot. Apparently Aronofsky is on a shortlist of directors that Dark Knight helmer Christopher Nolan and Warner Bros are considering to take charge of the Man of Steel reboot, and one of the first things he is expected to do if he lands the gig is hire Natalie Portman to play Superman’s missus which, in my opinion, would be a genius bit of casting even if she does look a little on the young side.
