Kim Cattrall Admits She Was Too Young When She Lost Her Virginity
Sex And The City star Kim Cattrall has revealed, in an interview with the UK tabloid The Sun, that she lost her virginity when she was fifteen years old and with hindsight she feels that she was too young as she admitted that for the longest time, she didn’t know what she was doing when it came down to love-making as her first experience was so disappointing that it coloured her subsequent experiences…
“I should not have had sex so young. I lost my virginity at 15 and thought, ‘Is that it?’ I was not ready for the experience. It set a pattern after that. I was not expecting a great deal from sex – and I did not get it either. I would have been better to discuss sex with girlfriends – and I think girls are more open today. No-one really tells you how to do sex. I remember reading the Kama Sutra, but could not really understand it… I separated love from sex. Or just thought sex would lead to love. It did not, of course.”
