Two and Half Men star Charlie Sheen, who was recently found in a New York City hotel in what one eye-witness claimed was an intoxicated state, is apparently getting ready to return to work next week.

Representatives for the troubled star have so far denied reports that Sheen was intoxicated and instead are claiming that he was in the midst of suffering from an allergic reaction to prescribed medicine when he was found.

Anyway, his manager Mark Burg told People that the incident would not prevent his client from meeting his acting obligations….

“Charlie will be working this week doing a cameo role, playing himself, in a small movie as a favour to a friend and has every intention of going back to work on Two and a Half Men on Tuesday. He’s looking forward to working.”
