Tim Burton Reveals He Loves All His Movies Equally
Iconic Hollywood filmmaker Tim Burton has revealed that he cannot pick a favourite out of all the movies he has directed.
In an interview with Reuters, the director revealed that he thinks of each of his movies as being part of him and that even the ones that wasn’t so successful mean something to him.
“Each one you spend time with so they’re all a part of you. Even the ones that weren’t successful, they’re still a part of you,” he explained. But there are certain films like Edward Scissorhands that are more personal to me because the themes in that movie were very strong, personal feelings that were being explored when I was a teenager. Edward, the main character from the movie, is a character I kind of related to in terms of delusional qualities. I like Sweeney Todd because he didn’t say very much. With every character you try to find something personal in it.”
<<<THOUGHTS>>>
I don’t like any of Tim Burton’s movies. I dislike them all equally.
