Good news for all you car enthusiasts out there, the US version of the hit UK car show Top Gear is available for free on the PSN.

Yep, just pop on over to the PSN with the PS3 and you will be able to download the show in either standard definition or high definition.

But be quick, well, quickish, because the offer only runs until December 7th after which you’re going to have pay for the episode which will cost you $1.99 for the SD version and $2.99 for the HD one. For those of you living in the UK, all you have to do to take advantage of the offer is set up a US PSN account.

Hopefully the yanks will nail Top Gear. I soon as I finish my work I’m going to download the first episode (I already have a US PSN account). I am in no way what you could label a car enthusiast but the UK Top Gear is, in my house at least, must-watch-TV.
