Bono Enjoyed Making Music For Spider-Man Musical
Rock legend and U2 frontman Bono has revealed that he loved working on the Spider-Man musical by saying it was “pure joy.”
The upcoming superhero musical will feature exclusive music by Bono and The Edge. Talking to Rolling Stone, Bono revealed…
“Dreaming up the show, the scale of it, the flying sequence, the pop-art opera that it is – that was all pure joy. What we didn’t realise was how difficult it is to stage this stuff, both technically and financially. It has never been achieved before – the kind of scale of what we’re looking for. There may be very good reasons [for the delays]. We’re going to find out. The expense of it? A lot of it was the delays.”
<<<THOUGHTS>>>
The Spider-Man musical is very intriguing. I have absolutely no idea of how they are going to pull it off. From everything I’ve heard about the production it seems that it’s going to be pretty decent but still, a Spider-Man musical? C’MON?
