According to the UK tabloid the Daily Star, X-Factor judge and Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole is planning on taking acting lessons when she relocates to the US next year.

It is thought that Cole will, in some capacity, be joining the judging panel for the US version of the X-Factor next year and it seems that she has her eyes on an acting career too.

A source, who was talking to the tabloid claimed…

“Alongside the acting lessons, she’ll be getting a coach to train her for her judge’s role in America.”

I suppose it makes sense that Cheryl would want to dabble in acting, especially if she gets the US X-Factor nod. With some acting lessons under her belt her opportunities will open up and at the very least she will be able to do a Kym Marsh and get a role on Coronation Street as they seem pretty fond of hiring former pop stars.
